The mounting plate is rock solid once it's cinched down on the frame, and I’ve been able to stash my helmet and a pry tool without them shifting an inch on the hike in. Finally a clean way to haul the awkward stuff that never fits in a pack.

Bolting a spare helmet and a set of entry tools onto this plate took under a minute, and they've stayed rock-solid over two weeks of rough trails. Finally, the bulky stuff is off my back and locked in place where I can reach it.

Finally got the helmet off my pack and strapped onto the frame, and it's been rock solid through a week of bumpy trails. The panel's grip on irregular gear is way better than my old bungee setup, and it frees up so much space inside for the real essentials.
